Context
Sharper Image Services needed one place for a wide service range: landscaping, lawn maintenance, hydroseeding, watering, grading, company information, estimates, location details, and direct payment.
Juan’s role
Juan handled the complete website process independently for the client, from structure and visual direction through SitePad implementation, responsive behavior, forms, business email, payment pathways, domain configuration, and launch support.
Important decision
The website separates service discovery from payment without making either feel secondary. A new customer can learn and request an estimate; a returning customer can move directly to the relevant payment route.

- Used service-specific payment buttons to reduce ambiguity

Reflection
What the project clarified.
