An intervention and a project begin the same way: by clarifying who they are for and what meaningful change should look like. I use observation, interviews, and analytics to understand the context, identify barriers, and define clear standards for measuring success. From there, I build and refine solutions based on what the evidence shows, moving closer to outcomes that are practical, ethical, and meaningful to the people they are meant to support.
